HEALTH BENEFITS:
The blueberry contains numerous active ingredients, including anthocyanins and flavonoids (important antioxidants that neutralize free radicals), vitamins A and C, citric and malic acids, myrtillin and mineral salts. The skin is rich in tannins that have antiseptic and astringent properties. Moreover they are anti-inflammatory, useful in fighting stress, reinforcing the immune system and are a valuable aid to good blood circulation and eyesight.
