MAIN MARKETED PRODUCTS:
  • Pears, prunes, peaches, apricots, blueberries, sour cherries in syrup;
  • Martin Sec al Vin coeit (concentrated Martin pears in wine), peaches with amaretti cookies and chocolate, and other specialities;
  • S. Marzano canned tomatoes, tomato and basil sauce;
  • Sweet and sour peppers, Gardener salad, Natural Condiment, Piemontese appetizer, Bagnet Rus (red dip);
  • Jams and compotes of apples, pears, peaches, apricots, strawberries cherries, raspberries, blueberries and chestnuts;
  • Wild fruit and small fruit jellies: elderberry, rosehip, azarole, quince, currants;
  • Juice and pulp with 50% minimum fruit content: apples, pears, peaches, apricots, raspberries, strawberries, cherries and blueberries;
  • Clear 100% fruit juice obtained by squeezing apples or pears. Small quantities of monovarietal clear apple juices from the Slow Food venue “Vecchie mele piemontesi” (ancient Piemontese apples) are produced;

  • Sweet cider with low alcohol content and demi-sec obtained with the Charmat process;
  • Apple vinegar;
  • Liquors from raspberries, prunes, strawberries, red currants, black currants and blueberries;
  • Sour cherries in alcohol, blueberries in alcohol, apricots in alcohol, plums in alcohol, raspberries in alcohol;
  • Liquors from Genepy herb, Serpillo herb (wild thyme), Limonaria herb, Amaro del Viso and Melardiente (42% alcohol apple brandy obtained from distilling the ancient Piemontese apple variety Runsé).
